Module 02 · Reference integration verification

Govern

Govern turns agent output into bounded replies, proposals, or no-ops while the host retains business truth and execution.

Current reference integration contract

The Hanken Golden Loop exercises an input envelope, fresh host revalidation, bounded proposal, operator review, host execution, lifecycle callback, and evidence record. Hanken is a reference host for integration verification, not customer or design-partner evidence. This verification does not establish a customer deployment, a general public SDK, an authority service, or live permit-backed host mutation.

What this module owns

  • Reply orchestration across configured knowledge and runtime modes
  • Bounded proposal construction
  • Reviewable lifecycle state
  • Evidence attached to proposals and outcomes

What the host owns

  • Identity and authoritative business state
  • Final policy and approval
  • Execution and its durable result

Authority boundary

Govern may propose. It does not silently turn a proposal into host execution. Experimental permit surfaces will remain labelled until their public contract is complete.
